CABLE's Diversity & Inclusion Committee cordially invites you to participate in the Circle of Friends program. Designed to meet with other CABLE Members in a profound and powerful way, a Circle of Friends will provide you with the opportunity to:
- Explore issues and topics using the Circle Process to gain authentic insights and expand your perspective
- Communicate ideas, thoughts, concerns, joys and more with a circle of supportive peers
- Learn to listen to others in a way you may not have thought possible, and experience being truly "heard"
- Take with you skills on how to communicate and listen in a new powerful way to your family, organization and community
The Program has been a huge success with approximately 50-60 members participating and more waiting in the wings for the next cycle to begin.
The program is a free benefit of your CABLE membership that takes networking and relationship building to a new and more personal level. Basically, a small group of CABLE members meet once a month for a 6 month period. A meeting will last approximately 3 hours and are held in CABLE members’ homes. The topics of discussion bring about connections with other CABLE members that are truly profound.
The Circles are facilitated by CABLE Members who have been trained by the Annual Circle of Friends Facilitation Training program offered to only 20 CABLE members per year. These facilitators are host to each monthly meeting and the results have been truly amazing.

WHAT DOES CIRCLE OF FRIENDS LOOK LIKE?
Are you looking to deepen your CABLE experience? or Are you looking to expand your Circle of...Joy?...Expertise?...Wisdom?... Opportunity?...Trust?...Success? ...Support?...Peace?...Influence?...Friends!
CABLE Circle of Friends are currently slated to meet once a month (maybe twice IF that particular group decides they want to meet more then once a month), and will last for 6 months Then a new CABLE Circle of Friends Cycle will begin allowing new people to join, Circles to expand, form other Circles in other parts of town, etc.
The Circle process is about sharing, communicating and listening on a deeper level. The topics may be determined for the first Circle meeting, but beyond that the members of the Circle will decide what they want to discuss/share at each meeting. It is really a free flowing process, with a little bit of structure to the Circle so that all members have an opportunity to share with the group - if they so desire.
The group will learn a whole lot more about each woman who is a part of your Circle and will perhaps feel connected to one another in a much deeper way.
